Quality control |
1.Chemical Composition Inspection: Chemical composition in each stove will be inspected for both samples and batch production.
2.Mechanical Property Inspection:
Mechanical property inspection reports will be provided for each stove for both samples and batch production.
3.Dimensional Inspection:After measuring in accordance with the requirements listed in casting and machining drawings,dimensional measurementreports will be provided to customers.
4.Inspection of Finish:Check all surfaces to be free of pits, burrs, voids, flash, corrosion, oil, nick and scratch.
5.Pressure Test: According to the requirements, pressure tests for parts can be done underpreferred value standards by means of water or gas test.
6.Provide Inspection Report:Inspection reports and PDI Certificate will be made before shipment.
